Experience, creative thinking, and a practical approach to structural design has lead to a new dynamic in project teams.  Architectural, development, and institutional clients view the McNamara/Salvia, Inc. team as a trusted partner rather than simply a design consultant.  With Principal participation in every project, we strive to have early involvement in the project design. This enables an understanding of the conceptual design with early melding of the structural system conforming to the design intent and budget.  The process is collaborative, insuring value engineering from the beginning.

At McNamara/Salvia, Inc. we have combined a common sense approach with nationally recognized technical design experience.  With hundreds of projects completed within the United States and abroad, our design teams are experts in large, complicated, high-rise, mixed-use, healthcare, institutional, hospitality, and entertainment venue structures.

With more than 95% of our business from returning clients and referrals, our credibility is represented by our clients.
