Joseph A. Salvia focuses much of his energy on structural engineering management issues, such as cost-effective design, constructability, and project management. A registered engineer in 35 states, he is an alumnus of Tufts University and also did graduate studies at Boston University.

Robert J. McNamara, PE, SE

President - (Resume)
Robert J. McNamara enjoys applying his skills to creative system design concepts and the implementation of state-of-the-art technologies, especially in tall buildings and other complex structures. He holds degrees from Pennsylvania State University and the University of California at Berkeley, and teaches on the graduate level at MIT.
