Boston Landing is a multi-building, mixed-use development encompassing approximately 14 acres of land along the Massachusetts Turnpike in Boston’s Brighton neighborhood. The site is a former industrial site that once served as the region’s largest stockyard. The area’s state-of-the-art revitalization and redevelopment has created a new and vibrant destination with a focus on work/life balance. There are a number of notable and marquee buildings on this site, which includes the following: New Balance Headquarters: This building consists of 290,000 gross square feet with over five levels above 240,000 gross square feet of parking and podium levels, with green roof and terrace space. Retail Liner: A ground-level retail building lining the parking garage podium. Boutique Hotel: This 14-level, 125,000 gross square foot hotel includes meeting and amenity space at the podium level, and an indoor/outdoor pool on the top floor. Warrior Ice Arena (Boston Bruins Practice Facility): This mixed-use building includes a practice facility for the Boston Bruins, along with retail, office, medical office, and amenity uses. In addition, there are three levels of structured parking with one level being below grade. A landscaped exterior terrace space over the structured parking creates a welcoming environment for its patrons. The total building area is about 530,000 gross square feet. Residential Tower: The residential tower, located at 125 Guest Street, is a 17-story apartment building with a pool and amenity space supported by structures on the ground floor, all of which is over one level of below grade parking for 160 cars. The total building area above and below grade is about 370,000 gross square feet. The Auerbach Center (Boston Celtics Practice Facility): This mixed-use building includes a practice facility for the Boston Celtics, along with retail, laboratory, and amenity uses. There is structured parking on the first two levels, along with a landscaped exterior terrace space. The total building area is about 250,000 gross square feet.
